Overview
Medimetriks Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is led by the key Senior Management Team of the former Bradley Pharmaceuticals, Inc.  The company’s mission is to develop, license and commercialize innovative prescription skincare brands that fill unmet needs in the Dermatology and Podiatry markets.  Medimetriks’ therapies treat conditions including acne, rosacea, seborrheic dermatitis, severe dry skin, dystrophic nails and impetigo.

The Medimetriks portfolio of prescription brands currently consists of six products – four internally developed brands that feature unique vehicles with natural ingredients; and two additional brands as the result of a licensing agreement with Perrigo Company.  All of our brands offer unique characteristics that set them apart in the marketplace.

Medimetriks brands are currently being promoted by a Field Sales Force that consists of approximately 20 professional representatives located in the most important markets in the Country, including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Alabama, Illinois and Michigan.  The Company plans to aggressively expand its field force.

In June 2009, Medimetriks took steps toward building a robust patented portfolio through a licensing agreement with PharmaMar SA (Grupo Zeltia, ZEL.MC) for Kahalalide F, a novel depsipeptide extracted from the Hawaiian sea slug Elysia rufescens, which has been developed synthetically.  This new molecule will be developed for a possible psoriasis indication.
The Medimetriks Team continues to focus its commitment on creating a leading Dermatology and Podiatry Company. To ensure Medimetriks’ continuing success, the Company is dedicated to serving the physicians who support Medimetriks’ brands, the patients who utilize its therapies, the wholesalers and pharmacies who enable distribution and the stockholders and business partners whose support is critical to the Company’s future.
