Medimetriks Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a new Company led by the founder and key Senior Management Team of the former Bradley Pharmaceuticals.  Our mission is to develop, license and commercialize innovative prescription brands that fill unmet needs in the Dermatology and Podiatry marketplaces and enhance patient care.

We will leverage our expertise of identifying and delivering important and effective brands in the therapeutic markets that we know so well. We have developed long-standing relationships with leading Dermatologists and Podiatrists.  We look forward to working with these physicians and building brands that serve the interests of both their practices and their patients.

We have an experienced management team and a strong support team that will allow Medimetriks to achieve both short and long term success. Medimetriks’ staff demonstrates a tremendous ability to execute with discipline and shares a commitment to creating a meaningful specialty pharmaceutical Company.

Bradley Glassman, the former Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Bradley, will serve as President and CEO of Medimetriks Pharmaceuticals, Brent Lenczycki as Chief Financial Officer and Alan Goldstein as Executive Vice President, Business Development.  Daniel Glassman, the former President and CEO of Bradley, will serve as Medimetriks’ Chairman of the Board.


Officers
Daniel Glassman is the Chairman of the Board for Medimetriks.  Previously, Mr. Glassman was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bradley Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since the Company’s inception in January 1985.  He served as Chairman of the Board from January 1985 until January 2007. Mr. Glassman is a registered pharmacist and has had a 35-year career in the pharmaceutical industry, including executive managerial positions with companies and major specialty advertising agencies serving the largest pharmaceutical companies. In 1995, Mr. Glassman was awarded the Ernst & Young LLP Entrepreneur of the Year in New Jersey, and in 2005, Mr. Glassman was awarded the degree of Doctor of Humane Letters by the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in recognition of his contributions to medical education. Mr. Glassman received his B.S. in Pharmacy from Columbia University and received his M.B.A. from New York University.

Bradley Glassman is the President and CEO of Medimetriks.  Previously, Mr. Glassman was Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Bradley Pharmaceuticals.  During his tenure at Bradley, Mr. Glassman also served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Vice President, Marketing and Director of Corporate Development. Mr. Glassman received his B.A. and M.B.A. from Tulane University.

R. Brent Lenczycki, CPA, is Medimetriks’ Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to joining Medimetriks, Mr. Lenczycki served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Bradley Pharmaceuticals.  During his time at Bradley, Mr. Lenczycki also held the positions of Manager of Finance and Purchasing and Vice President, Finance. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Lenczycki held positions in public accounting at Arthur Andersen LLP, and prior to 1995, as an internal auditor for Harrah’s Hotel and Casino. Mr. Lenczycki received his B.S. from St. Joseph’s University and his M.B.A. from Tulane University.

Alan Goldstein is the Executive Vice President, Business Development for Medimetriks. Mr. Goldstein served the Vice President, Corporate Development at Bradley Pharmaceuticals from March 2004. Mr. Goldstein began his Bradley career as Director, Corporate Development. Prior to joining Bradley, Mr. Goldstein served as Counsel in the corporate department of the international law firm of Kaye Scholer LLP from November 2000 to May 2002. Previously, Mr. Goldstein was a partner in the New York law firms of Winick & Rich, P.C. and Reid & Priest LLP and worked as an associate at that firm and one of its predecessors, Spengler Carlson Gubar Brodsky & Frischling. Mr. Goldstein received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.
